- 20 oz shredded all white meat chicken (either canned or boiled)
- 1 cup of Plain non-fat Greek yogurt (you can use a little more or less depending on your preferences)
- 1 T Yellow Mustard
- 1 T Sweet Relish
- 4 or 5 Celery Stalks, cut up
- 2 Hard Boiled Eggs, cut up
- Grapes
- Green Pepper
- Apple
