Easy Chicken Salad

  • 20 oz shredded all white meat chicken (either canned or boiled)
  • 1 cup of Plain non-fat Greek yogurt (you can use a little more or less depending on your preferences)
  • 1 T Yellow Mustard
  • 1 T Sweet Relish
  • 4 or 5 Celery Stalks, cut up
  • 2 Hard Boiled Eggs, cut up
Optional additions:
  • Grapes
  • Green Pepper
  • Apple
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.  Enjoy!
